Jack is of the view that breathwork can dissolve the disturbing limiting systems that are available and stored in the mind and body of humans. Rather; they can increase an individual’s ability to absorb and store more energy for use, as and when needed.

What is It and How Does It Work?

LET US BE FREE OF ANY EXPECTATIONS OF WHAT WE WILL ENCOUNTER AND WHAT WE WILL ACHIEVE!

Breathwork is a natural breathing method. It is simple yet powerful and effective in releasing blocked energy from the body. It connects and harmonizes the person on a physical, emotional-mental and spiritual level. It leads him deeply to his center, to the essence of his being, to the purpose of his life. Many times we don’t realize exactly what it is that blocks us, scares us and keeps us stuck in inertia, because it is well hidden in the subconscious mind. Our breathing then, becomes sharp, very fast or heavy and sluggish. Research has shown that breathing is our connection to our senses and emotions. That is, when we breathe we feel more intensely whatever is in the foreground at any given moment, pain, anger, anxiety, fear.

So automatically and subconsciously we breathe more shallowly to “protect” ourselves from the unpleasant emotions and this function becomes the fixed mechanism of our breathing. Our own personal breathing pattern. We have disconnected from our true nature which is whole, free breathing. With Breathwork we learn to breathe steadily and continuously so that the brain is properly oxygenated. The nervous system self-regulates and the whole body is activated and healed as it begins to function with awareness, allowing all that has come to the surface to be released. Our self-healing capacity is activated and the free space for new experiences, thoughts and ideas grows. We experience relaxation, peace, upliftment, energy and at the same time we know and conquer our strengths on a physical, emotional, mental, spiritual level.

How is It Applied?

In typical breathwork, the practitioner breathes in a faster-than-normal and deeper-than-normal way. It is done in cyclical rhythm, so that, there is no gaps and pauses between breaths, exhales and inhales. This breathing style is usually referred to as conscious-connected breathing. The two primary purposes of the physical effects of such breathwork is to super-oxygenate the human body and to discharge the toxins from the body.

  • Let us trust the experienced instructor/therapist and the wisdom of this amazing healing technique.
  • Let’s lie down somewhere comfortable, quiet and warm, close our eyes, listen to the instructions and start breathing continuously and diaphragmatically. In this way, we allow through the combination of breathing and the sound of music*, to begin the journey that our soul is ready to take, offering what is most appropriate for us at any given moment.

*Music is a key element of the technique, since it leads the practitioner to focus and coordinate the work with the breath more easily.

Whatever it is that we desire, let us
remember,
EVERY MOMENT IS UNIQUE, JUST LIKE
EVERY BREATH!
IT MAY LOOK THE SAME,
BUT IT’S NOT!
TO ASK WE NEED BREATHING
BUT TO ENJOY A QUALITY LIFE,
WE NEED
CONSCIOUS BREATHING!

“So … Just breathe Intune …
With your inner and higher Being! “
