Xanthi Tsiouka
Early Life and Academic Achievements
Xanthi Tsiouka was born and raised in Trikala, Thessaly, Greece. Start from the young age, she was inspired, rather motivated by the mysterious landscape of Meteora which gave her the impetus to seek self-knowledge and connection with the higher realms.
Her recent focus is on the training and practice of fields related to Breathwork and Bodywork as she has a vision to help people achieve inner peace, development of self-awareness and the successful coordination of the Inner-World with the Outer-World. She is of the view that the coordination of Inner-World and Outer-World results in trauma release through the conscious control of the direction of the breath.
Concentration of Breath Work and Body Work
She is a Breathwork and Bodywork Teacher, a HeartMath® Coach and a Holistic Coach, Teacher, and Mentor. Her focus is on the training and practice of fields related to Breathwork and Bodywork as she has a vision to help people achieve inner peace, development of self-awareness and the successful coordination of the Inner-World with the Outer-World.
